Built on stickers. Backed by real life.
We believe habits are the building blocks of everything you do.
Get up. Brush your teeth. Grab a coffee. Scroll your phone (maybe too long). These tiny routines shape your whole day, and day after day, year after year, your whole life.
But building new habits (or stopping old ones) shouldn’t require another app, another login, or another push notification.
We didn’t set out to start a company.
We just wanted to change a few habits, and didn’t want to be forced to use a phone to track them.
So we made our own system.
One calendar.
Three colors of stickers.
And a whole new way to show up for ourselves:
🔴 Red sticker = something you want to stop doing
🔵 Blue sticker = something you want to keep doing consistently
🟢 Green sticker = something you want to start doing
We tracked three habits per month. That was it.
And when we hit all three? We called it a 3-sticker day.
It was simple and satisfying to see streaks develop and get to place our stickers each day.
We started stacking habits onto routines we already had.
Feed the dog → practice guitar.
Pour the coffee → write 100 words.
Brush teeth → stretch for 2 minutes.
We got a little competitive (in the best way), but more than that, we stayed consistent. Over time, the things we were tracking? They just became part of who we were. The stickers and the habits stuck.
Sticker the Habit was born out of that process.
It’s for anyone tired of tracking habits with tech that drains your focus instead of supporting it.
It’s for people who want to live with more intention, without needing another app to do it.
And it’s for you, if you’re ready to build something better…one sticker at a time.
